SAGE 100 VERSION 2019
Released in late 2018, the Sage 100 2019 is packed with
innovative and enhanced functionality. The solution is the redacted version of
the best and brightest new features. From Paperless Office whistles and bells
to a fully renovate Work Order module, that users can take advantage of.
I. Paperless Office-
Paperless Office
modules allow extended functionality across various module boundaries. Sage 1002019 version brings an array of enhancement to this workhorse, which includes:
•Text Formatting Preference for Messages: You can change
text color, size, and font; insert images and links, and create numbered and
bulleted lists.
•CC & Blind CC Preferences: Verify whether the used
e-mail addresses for e-mailing documents added to “To”, “Cc”, or “Bcc” have
been sent.
•Additional Email Attachments: You can choose multiple
attachments when emailing forms, without any restriction on the file type.
•Copy Salespeople: You can choose to provide the salespeople
with copy of invoices, orders, and statements while emailing them to customers.
•Posting Date Search: This allows Now Search via Posting
Date in Journal & Register Viewer.
II. Secure Bank information-
For added security,
all bank descriptions, as well as the account numbers, have been encrypted.
These descriptions will still be visible on Windows and on forms and reports.
The new security event can determine whether the users can view and print out
the bank description and account numbers.
III. Activity Log-
Any changes made in
the User Maintenance and Role Maintenance is now tracked, this enables the
users to stay updated of all activities.
In addition, the new activity type, Security, can also be used to
categorize the changes made.
IV. Enhanced Inventory Management-
The new and
enhanced features in the new Inventory Management module include:
•Choice to Print Variances Only: It provides users with an
option whether to omit those items which have no variance from Physical Count
Variance Register.
•Option to Include Inactive Items: This module also provides
a check box for in case an Inactive Items are available while printing Physical
Count Worksheet
•Item Quantity Inquiry tab: The Quantity Inquiry tab has
been added on the Lines tab of the Physical Count Entry. This allows users to
view quantity info of the items. It also provides an option to confirm if the
Item Memo or full item Inquiry is available.
V. General Ledger to provide more or less information-
The General Ledger
module, allows users to combine all the General Journal entries into a distinct
PDF file. The account details and number are printed out on every General
Ledger by Source Report or General Ledger Detail Report page.
